  Young lady working on thanksgiving was extremely rude nd nasty. All the coffee nd creamers were completely empty. I asked her nicely if there was any creamer then she started complaining about how people use to much creamer . she was very snarky nd told me she would get it when she had time as she stood around talking to another customer who apparently was a regular telling him to bring her something sweet to eat. I will never come to this pilot again if i dont have to. It was horrible

  Appears these local guides leaving 5 star reviews don't get out much. Compared to other Pilot Flying Js, this location is dirty, unkempt, small, and the parking area is one of the smallest I've seen for a Pilot. Ladies room was dirty and staff was mediocre at best. Before Whittset on I40, there are no good truck stops. Stop if you have to, but remember to line that toilet seat!
